77gl Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 77gl online gaming website accessible at 77gl.vip, including all games, features, promotional content, and related services made available thereon.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their Account that have met all applicable verification requirements and are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount or deposit-plus-bonus amount must be wagered before the associated funds may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by 77gl pursuant to applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for the regulation and licensing of gambling activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law or in which 77gl is not licensed to offer its services.

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 77gl Platform, or by clicking any acceptance checkbox during registration, you acknowledge that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or such higher age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are acting as a principal and not as an agent or on behalf of another person;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of 77gl or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You understand that gambling involves risk of financial loss, and participation is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

To register an Account on 77gl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your Account is active:

• You must be a natural person at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You must be a resident or current physical presence in a jurisdiction where accessing and using the 77gl Platform is lawful;
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details;
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register, PAGCOR exclusion list, or any other gaming exclusion program;
• You must not have had a previous 77gl Account terminated for violations of these Terms.

77gl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued Philippine identification documents such as a UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, Passport, or PRC ID. Refusal to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each person may register only one (1) Account on the 77gl Platform. Where 77gl detects that a single individual has registered multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and winnings derived from bonus funds may be voided.

As a registered Player on 77gl, you agree to the following obligations with respect to your Account:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes;
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any third party to access or use your Account;
• You must notify 77gl support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account;
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you, unless you have notified 77gl of unauthorized access;
• You must keep your registered contact information, including mobile number and email address, current and accurate at all times;
• You must not use any automated system, bot, script, or other software to access or interact with the Platform without express written permission from 77gl.

77gl accepts deposits through the following payment methods, subject to applicable transaction limits and processing times:

All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in the Player's own name. 77gl reserves the right to refuse deposits from third-party payment sources and to return such funds to their origin. Deposited funds are credited to the Player's Real Money Balance upon confirmation and may be used immediately for wagering.

77gl does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activity. Depositing funds to the Platform does not constitute or create any investment arrangement, interest-bearing relationship, or trust between the Player and 77gl.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must be in good standing with no active investigation for fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations;
• The Player must have completed any applicable KYC verification requirements for the withdrawal amount requested;
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment instrument registered in the Player's own name;
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fulfilled before the corresponding funds become withdrawable;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 (or equivalent in supported currencies).

77gl targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals under standard conditions. Processing times for bank transfers vary according to the recipient institution. 77gl does not guarantee specific processing times during periods of extraordinary volume, system maintenance, or third-party payment processor delays.

77gl reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence before processing any withdrawal request, including requesting additional documentation. In cases where a Player's account is under investigation, 77gl may delay withdrawal processing pending the outcome of the investigation.

77gl offers various promotional incentives to Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only, as determined by 77gl at its sole discretion;
• Each Player may claim each distinct promotion only once, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before the bonus-derived funds become part of the withdrawable Real Money Balance;
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the eligible game contribution rates applicable to each game category as published in the relevant promotion terms;
• 77gl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any Player found to be misusing, abusing, or exploiting promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordination with other players, or other methods designed to circumvent the intent of promotions — will have their bonuses voided and their Account reviewed for suspension.

Bonuses credited to a Player's Account expire if not wagered within the period specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed from the Account without compensation.

The rules applicable to each game available on the 77gl Platform are set out within the game interface itself and, where applicable, in the game provider's published rules. By participating in any game on the Platform, Players agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

All games on the 77gl Platform — including slots, live dealer games, fishing games, bingo, and sportsbook wagers — are offered subject to a house edge inherent to the mathematical design of each game. The Random Number Generator (RNG) systems used in software-based games are certified by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game apparatus (cards, dice, roulette wheels) observed via live video stream.

In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or software failure that affects a game outcome, 77gl reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding wager amounts to Players' accounts. Any winnings derived from a demonstrably malfunctioning game shall not be paid and shall be removed from the Player's balance. 77gl's determination in such matters is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77gl Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or in a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Using any automated system, bot, script, macro, or other automated means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting any software error, bug, loophole, or vulnerability in Platform systems for financial or other gain;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes;
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes against legitimate 77gl transactions;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed at 77gl staff, support agents, or other players;
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from the Platform without express written authorization from 77gl.

77gl reserves the right to take all available legal and technical measures against Players who engage in prohibited activities, including immediate Account suspension, voiding of winnings and bonuses, withholding of funds pending investigation, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

77gl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among its Players. The Company recognizes that gambling, while an entertaining activity for most people, can become problematic for some individuals. 77gl provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out;
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications displaying elapsed play time and net win/loss for the session;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may temporarily suspend their Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, are irreversible for the elected duration.

77gl enforces the minimum age of 21 years pursuant to PAGCOR regulations. All intellectual property rights in the 77gl Platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, source code, graphics, user interface elements, game content supplied by 77gl, brand names, logos, trademarks, and marketing materials — are and shall remain the exclusive property of 77gl or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants Players any right, license, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to 77gl.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any content or software on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77gl shall not be liable to any Player or third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions — even if 77gl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

77gl's total liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77gl does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. 77gl accepts no liability for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, or acts of God.

77gl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute against a legitimate 77gl transaction;
• Court order, regulatory direction, or request from a competent Philippine authority;
• Player request for account closure.

In cases of Account termination for cause (i.e., Terms violations), 77gl may withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a material breach, 77gl may forfeit the balance as restitution for losses or damages sustained. In cases of Account closure at the Player's own request, any Real Money Balance net of outstanding wagering obligations will be returned via the Player's registered payment method.

77gl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The full details of how 77gl collects, uses, and protects your personal data are set out in the 77gl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account on 77gl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, please contact 77gl's data protection contact through the support channels listed in Section 17.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 77gl, Players are encouraged to first contact 77gl's customer support team to seek informal resolution. 77gl will use reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players who believe they have a regulatory complaint may also contact PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

77gl reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 77gl will provide notice to registered Players via email notification to the registered email address or by prominent announcement on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players who do not agree to amended Terms should cease using the Platform and may request Account closure via the support channels listed below. The most current version of the Terms is always available at 77gl.vip/terms-conditions.
